I use E Trade. I'm sure there are better and worse brokers but I haven't had any problems with it, and I also like E Trade Pro. I would ask some people you know who they use and what they like and don't like about them. Then do your own research to figure out will work best for you.

If you're going to trade Micro Caps you're going to want to be able to make sub penny trades. That's just a fact.
