CWIR: QUESTION...Could someone please explain this to everyone:

"First Hudson Trust and EMS own 67% of Central Wireless and have owned such shares since February 1, 2014.

QUESTIONS:

1. How many shares do Hudson/Grande currently own?
2. How many shares will they own after FINRA takes this up to 5 BILLION shares
3. And how many of the PREFERRED shares will they own? That was something like 3 BILLION once converted to common?

HOW COULD THEY SAY THAT THEY OWN 67% OF A COMPANY when they don't even know the share structure? AND WHAT PERCENT will they own with the INCREASE TO 8 BILLION shares?

GOOD? BAD? WHO KNOWS?
