Wow! All out blitz to bring share price down. How many times do we have to explain that this is the usa's answer to the motion. Of course the government is going to agree with its original decision. Duh...

This states nothing about any new court decision. It does not say Foley goes to jail. It says the government prosecutors agree with themselves...

IF David Foley goes to jail the company will continue on with the top notch professionals and leaders.
