Veltex Corporation Issues Clarification

DIAMOND BAR, Calif., Apr 18, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Veltex Corporation (OTC: VLVT) issues a clarification on the April 15, 2003 press release. The numbers released were the preliminary financials and the audited financials will be available to the public in about 2 weeks. Veltex apologizes for the confusion. The error was a communication mistake.
