ETRADE UPDATE

Guys, I just had a call with a rep named Brett in the Etrade Corporate Actions division. He verified that Etrade does see a 1 for 175 preferred spinoff which should be added based on shares settled by April 15. He says this means the shares would probably have to have been purchased by April 11. He thinks that for some reason Etrade hasn't received the paperwork yet to add them to our accounts, but he is going to call me back later today or tomorrow and update me.

Just wanted to let you guys know for anyone who has Etrade.
