questioned by people who might not have all the facts

Would you please explain why a person who is both a shareholder and a Gusher partner should not be entitled to all the facts about where their money went. Prickly pear and a board member were asked numerous times just last week if the carried interest in the wells that Gushers bought from Superior, stayed with Superior. No answer and the subject were changed as was the volume and tone of the conversation. If they have nothing to hide, why be so defensive.
