Wow. Ground surveying commenced Saturday and already by noon the next trading day, USPR has traded almost 2X it's avg volume, is down on the day, and traded as low as 0.12.

Shouldn't USPR be trading UP the first trading day after we finally got the ground survey started?? Especially with 2X the volume??

Why, oh why, would a stock trade DOWN after we FINALLY started surveying???
