ADCS still restrictions ?



Yes...

While many brokers are trading ADCS, including A-Trade who is usually very restrictive, it is still officially on the DTC chill list.

If the DTC removes a stock from the chill, they furnish the company with a letter that can be used in a PR.

No letter...
No removal.
