An exception happened in XDEV:Start
error code:13
Error message : type mismatch.

I found the "supposed" fix on the FQAs by setting the English language to be used as per instructions and rebooted the system but to no avail. Is interesting that X_dev will play with some stocks and not with others for instance; it doesn't work with LOW and QQQQ. But is ok with CVH ESLR. The system is down to the point it is almost undependable. Please help, what can I do?
