Mr. Berkowitz,

I'm a long-time investor in EZTO. Almost a year now! I have several questions about the future of EZ2Companies and hope you can answer some of them in an email. I realize some questions can't be answered, but please provide as much information as you can.

1. It's been difficult not having a company website. When will the company website come back online? Is there a reason it was taken offline?

2. You were named the new CEO to be effective 2/15/06. I also see your name on the YAHOO EZTO Profile. Will an 8K be filed this month to confirm your hiring as CEO?

3. Jack Alfandary was named an Executive Consultant for EZ2MUSIC. Is he actively involved in developing EZ2MUSIC currently and using EMEPE3 technology? The PR announcing Jack Alfandary also stated that he would be heading talks with record labels and other content for EZ2MUSIC. Is this also happening currently?

4. EZ2POKER was supposed to launch on 1/7/06. It has obviously been delayed. Is there a new launch date and, if so, what month do you anticipate the launch?

I have many more questions, but I'll stop here for now. I look forward to your reply and appreciate as much information as you can provide.
