Cooked for 442 today....... Mothers Day breakfast at one of the local Legions. I have come to the conclusion that they have no clue about making money when they hold these meals, and they need to learn the tricks. If I had catered the meal, I would have charged less per person than they spent on food and still made a good profit.

Remember........ It's better to wish you had bought a
stock, than to wish you hadn't.
