My opinion on the timer extension. THERE IS NO DELAY of Launch. The timer has an auto reset setting that the user can program to the template IE: When the timer gets down to 1 or 2 days it automatically extends the countdown by a user selected number of days. It this case the template is programmed to restart at 20 days when it reaches 2 & it will continue repetitively until the website is complete. The timer was never an official, down to the exact day of completion but merely an estimate.
The fact that the timer reset to 20 at the exact time it was supposed to change to 2 tells me it was the program default & not a human changing the timer.
