West and Benz, superb posts. All we have are the mineral rights at this point, lots of them. They still have to build an infrastructure and create the system to extract the ingots. Klyon is a start from scratch as it has absolutely nothing. Priargunsky and Salairskiy were mostly manual labor production setups.

Why is this stock so cheap?

Because it's such a long way down the road to large production. Only the patient will be rewarded. You want a stock that is shooting to the moon right now. You have the wrong stock. Good luck in finding what you're looking for.
