I'm not an IP lawyer.

But, this is the same model broadcast TV, broadcast radio, free newspapers, free magazines, and search engines uses, so I would have to say no.

But, I suppose it depends on if REDG tried to file a patent or trademark on it. Then it would depend on their ability to defend it.

I'm still going to say, no.
