I absolutely will hit you up if it begins to breakout...don't expect that for 6 month or more, it is just beginning to franchise.
This place is better than Tim Hortons for several reasons. 1.) Food is superior, and caters to organic, gluten free trends. 2.) Coffee is actually about just as good. And Tim Hortons is renown for their coffee. But Spot has MUCH greater diversity of hot and cold drinks than TH.
In upstate NY no one drinks Starbucks hah.
3.) It is a gathering place/study environment like Panera Bread...which increases profit, because people stay and stay for hours and keep buying drinks. and
4.) their prices are higher, haha. But in a way that people are willing to pay. They can sell less and still profit more. They also sell their coffee in grocery stores and specialty stores alike, just like Tim Hortons..additional revenue.
I don't think this restaurant will need any pumping....their fundementals may be good enough alone. But we'll wait and see my friend ;p I'm looking forward to it!
