Thanks for your reply. I understand the terms of the loan and how there is an incentive to drive the share price down over the next 90 days. I just didn't understand how you arrived at the 100,000,000 share dilution. Don't bother responding, it really doesn't matter what the actual number is, the net effect is dilution, stagnation and retreat. Come on GEVO - give us something to cheer about. You are running one very depressing company.
