Here is why..... There are plenty of people who don't know how to interpret the fillings, plenty more who take advantage of those people by immediately beginning the bashing and fear mongering.....

Truth is, not one person posting here or that I have talked to can tell me exactly what is going on. Everyone is giving their best interpretation of the fillings. No one here is a SEC lawyer or CFO experienced enough to analyze all this data....

Bottom line, we are all taking a risk, a calculated one in most of our cases.
