Bagelboy 2 held warrant 3%OS exercise at 0,0065$ small dilution if exercised.
Moving on OTCBB or OTCQX or Nasdaq? No clue. But we have nothing to do on pinksheet!
Small float pf 150m available.
IMO we need fair market value between 15-20 million $ meaning 3/4 cents per share.(actual)
