It's a non issue, worrying about the death of a CEO. If you recall this question has already been answered by Ed a couple months ago, he is working on a backup plan in the unlikely event of getting run over by a bus & continuous operations would be unaffected by his absence.
We could literally bring up >1,000 what ifs that would cause a company to crumble, I'm not a preacher but its Sunday & the Bible says: Worrying is a Sin
