BRZV's 10-K mentions "Risk" 23 times. I'm guessing that increasing that to 24 times wouldn't have saved him.

Note too the 10-K: "An investment in our Company involves a substantial risk of loss.

This is an oil company that couldn't even make it as a Chinese restaurant.
