Creative BOD Director Germinario is brilliant and his background is beyond reproach. Clark is another incredibly strong signal that Creative has quickly evolved above being just another Pink. These men will figure out how to clean up the share structure issue and up listing. I am sure they already have a plan in execution.

One additional thought i would like to air is I think there is a strong likelihood Germinario approached BC about joining the board vice the other way around. I think Germinario identified the massive potential for a legitimate, closely managed grow operation and Creative presented themselves as that opportunity. No offense to BC, but I just don't know if he possessed the strong enough contacts to reach a prospect like Germinario. Just a working theory, but I think very plausible.

Lastly, shorts love, love waiting periods for catalyst stock (like this one) to spread doubt and walk the price down. Do your own DD and hold onto your wallet.
