The promotion has not really begun yet. They sent out a few test emails to see if their contacts were still in line. They have not received any money yet so until they get at least half of the 500K we will not see them really promoting this. The stocks they promoted in the past were dead companies that weren't trading anymore and they were given a ton of shares to get the volume going again so they were making a lot of money when those tickers went up. REVO is not giving them any shares and their dealing with a real company that trades regularly. This is why the volume has been very low during the so called promo. Hopefully they will get part of the money agreed upon over the weekend and we will see this thing start to take off.
