well...7160 was a very limited distribution. 7260..we'll see.

Think about it this way. Qualcomm is about to release their fourth generation of LTE chips...and let's face it..that first generation wasn't great (huge power draw, etc). Second generation got better, third generation is pretty good..and I imagine the fourth will be even better.

So..the question I have for the wannabe LTE competitors (INTC, BRCM. MTK, etc)..is can they skip thru the learning curve that QCOM has had to take in LTE and move right to fourth generation (or at least third) performance..or do they start at 1G. Because if they start at 1G...they are toast (carriers won't put up with it)
