I am a bit confused as to why there are so many negative thoughts on the filings from yesterday. Don't get me wrong ive been one of the most vocal about wanting the letter to shareholders released ASAP, having said that I get the feeling that these 8k filings needed to be addressed before the letter? Especially if the letter intends to reduce the sharestructure, am I not correct? Secondly the fact that the Chinese company decided to take a position seems like it must be good news right? I mean I know a million dollars worth of shares to them is a drop in the bucket but I doubt they are in the business of losing money however small it may seem to them. So it seems they are just taking care of last little business before releasing the juicy stuff, of course I have no real idea but that's what it feels like to me.
