Michael Lebor
CEO / Founder / Board Member

Michael Lebor was the Founder & CEO of Flower.com Inc. which became one of the largest national e-commerce sellers of online flowers & gifts. He later acquired ABC Target Store Fixtures a prominent mail order store fixture company in the US, which he subsequently merged with M. Fried Store Fixtures to create one of the largest distributors on the East Coast. Mr. Lebor is also a partner in HugeMedium, a boutique internet e-commerce consulting company. He has management and operational experience; his marketing expertise extends throughout all aspects of e-commerce, distribution and fulfillment.

David Rosenberg
Board Member / Founder

David has been involved in the internet space since 2002. He is an expert in Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Pay-Per-Click, social media marketing, affiliate and email marketing, and other online mechanisms that drive sales performance. Following a stint at B&H Photo he went to work for M. Fried Store Fixtures as the Director of E-commerce. He is also a partner at CleanYourName.com which assists its clients with protecting their name and privacy.



Steve Berger
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Berger has recent executive finance positions including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Harborview Advisors and CFO of Global/CHC Worldwide LLC, a chemical coatings company. Other executive experience includes his tenure as President of Morgan Harris & Co. where he was involved in equity trading. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Berger was CFO of Virtual BackOffice Inc. which offered virtual secretarial services. From 1983 to 1999, Mr. Berger was the Treasurer, Controller and Chief Compliance Officer with LaBranche & Co., the parent corporation of LaBranche & Co. LLC, one of the oldest and largest specialists in equity securities listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Berger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Boston University.


Phil Friedman
Board Member

Currently the Chairman and CEO of AppliedWare Technologies; also was the President, CEO and founder of Ward Media, Inc. a leader in the Education Lead Generation industry. Built Ward Media to $30 million in annual sales which was then sold to XL Marketing where he remained as President and later Chief Strategy Officer until his departure in May 2011. Mr. Friedman has previously served as the Dir. of Business Development for Silver Carrot Inc. an Internet marketing company, as a Partner and VP of Sales at New Aspect Corporation, and as VP of Operations at Modern Plastic Bags.
