A lot of brokerage firms have their own " fraud security officers" and will not allow you to trade certain pennies. Take MYEC for instance. Was able to buy thru Scottrade before the big volume hit. Was able to sell but not re-buy , which is BS. Each firm can do basically what they want to a certain point.
