Better to help Samsung?


Samsung provide a second source. Helping Intel would form a monopoly. And I believe it has been repeated here again and again that Intel would use its manufacturing as a weapon denying its use when Intel thinks that would help push its x86. Samsung for all the pushing and shoving is a cooperative company. People are confident it will continue to operate its fab as an open facility the way it does now.
