Good question, and I'd love to see someone from Maxim respond to it. Are they just posting up their list without a current updated review on previous projections, or have they re-reviewed all the latest facts from ACTC and are still standing their ground? The fact that it has not changed by even one cent makes me think the former.. the latest admission from ACTC stating in plain language that they do not have financing to continue operations beyond June 2014 is a hugely impactful statement to make, and I would think that the Maxim projection would at least have to have a qualifier if it remained unchanged.

The 10Q is what it is, and if someone chooses not to believe the contents of it when it's ACTC issuing it, well then.. "stupid is as stupid does" as the saying goes.. intelligent people do stupid things all the time. Nobody is immune.

That's the best answer I can offer.
