We are waiting on a court judgement. Could be 120 days or more...perhaps less than 60... We are waiting on people with everything to loose to play their cards at this point, and really...really anything could happen. I wasn't claiming any company dilution. Just saying there is much more selling then buying going on. I see some buying this afternoon, but...

Even if there is a favorable judgement it won't do much to move the price up. It won't pop until a while after a ticker change. WHILE. IMO, this is all wound up to zing to .0068-.0070 and sit there for about 3 weeks before heading back to this level...

You never know...
