One important reason why the SP of MINE is suppressed is that only a few brokers let you buy shares of MINE. I can't buy more shares of MINE with TDA or with CREDIT SUISSE. I bet the SP would be a lot higher if MINE could be bought by everyone with every broker. I don't know why this manipulative restriction is lawful. Stocks should trade freely and not be regulated.
But I don't think that this will be able to hold MINE back for long time. Big money will be made here by people with vision and patience!
