where do we see that the common shares get converted to preferred. the only thing i can find is that some point after 540 days these preferred shares can be converted to common shares for at the 1:500 rate....i can't seem to find anything that says it's the common shares are first being converted to preferred...if you could help that would be great! I'm feeling lost here LOL
