IMO, FOGC could never recover enough to even orchestrate a mini pump and dump. If I had to guess, I'd say the insiders simply want to wash their hands of FOGC. Accordingly, they're likely trading shares back and forth in order to make it look like there's interest in the stock. This makes FOGC a bit more attractive as a shell.
