p.o.m., you're confusing "negativity" and critical analysis.
Purposefully misspelling Dr.Berger's name, and dissing him
in every post, is in category one. In any case, as long as you
keep posting we'll have plenty of negativity, I see no need to
add any. BTW, I think you're missing gregger's use of irony!

2da, I want to say that I don't consider your current perspective
negativity in the above sense. You have taken the "glass is half empty"
approach (as stated by you), and that's fine, I look at every point you
make, and rate it's plausibility, probability and validity. What I"m finding
is that you are way too pessimistic on most points.

As an example, financing, ... you are very worried about it, I say that with cash on hand
that is enough for a year (with reduced burn rate), cash flow from sales
that will add another few quarters during that time, and a whole
slew of other possibilities (incl. partnerships, equity offering), I see
no reason for pessimism.

My suggestion to longs is to look at Ariad as if you've just
discovered it. Look at the fact that they've proven their mettle
in the lab and clinic, have a drug in the market place that
does in fact satisfy a desperate need (and does produce an
income stream), and more molecules to come.
Would you be willing to buy at $6.75? Compare to other biotech's
and I think you'd like Ariad better. Dr.Denner did.
