I've searched the entire internet and the OTCBB website, and I have found nothing whatsoever about a reverse split. The only literature that comes up on any search engine is all iHub message board posts. I haven't been following here very closely, I just saw the drastic drop in price and thought I would check out what's going on. To me, it looks like a few people came in here and pulled the wool straight over your eyes... go look at the OTCBB site yourself, not one filing since 2007...no such paperwork for a reverse split exists according to the site, check yourself:

If anyone has a link to any credible information about a R/S feel free to post it, and I'll check it out. However, until then I'm chalking it up as complete hogwash.
