Wow! That hospital must have wanted to get rid of their CCT real bad to pay $30K and tell CDEx to "take it away".
They paid off the balance of their service contract and wanted it out of the pharmacy?
That certainly is BAD NEWS, nothing good can come out of that. The hospital didn't even want to use it for the remainder of the PAID service contract? They didn't believe it was even worth the cost of the cuvettes to continue using it?
There is obviously something wrong with the unit. "Ineffective" is a nice one of putting it.
No worries, it can always be dismantled in the boneyard room and any parts of value sold on ebay for pizza money.
