OK I'll respond to that.
First: I never said it will drop to .0001
what I said was somewhere between .oo1 and .0001

Second: Saying it would already be at .0009 is not credible.
The facts are; no it would not necessary be in the .000 range already.

It IS dropping and Will continue to drop gradually- unfortunately-
although their will be false hopes and rises, then plunges here and there.
Chances are very very great >It will eventually fall then R/s .

Not saying it will , Just that the chances are greater that
it will [than that it won't].
