what you don't understand is the lic does not matter anymore they have no cash so they have a license thay can't make money from till 2016 they will be bk by then, trading under a new ticker, or doing a reverse split and still diluting

thats how pennies work you will never see a dollar on this stock if it get back to .5 .6 it will come right back down
