This would be an interesting question I would like some folks here to respond. What do you think the fare value for TWEED the institutional investors and investment bank considered to be when they were willing to pay over 15 million dollars at a share price of 3.20$?? Do you think they don't know what they ate doing?? HUMM. I would like someone to respond to that.
