I'll try it again, the Transfer Agent is not a Q behind, they are the ones that issue and transfer ( that's why they are called TRANSFER AGENTS ) the shares so they know the share count before anyone and if you bother to call Colonial stock transfer they will tell you everything from the Authorized, outstanding, float, restricted shares and insider selling since FLST is transparent they instructed the agent to answer the questions, that's why I say the Transfer Agent is un gaged.
