I did specifically ask about the split. He said he couldn't comment on that. I said, "if the TA isn't gagged how can you be?" He said, I have no idea what TA you are talking about. I said the transfer agent that is disclosing a 10,000:1 split. He said he had no knowledge of this TA. I guess we will see on Monday. I'm holding.
