Jay, they're never going to believe you or lax. Aren't you getting tired of trying.

Let them believe what they want. I find it comical that they can fight and counterattack for weeks but just won't go call the company themselves. It's their money and their dreams, you think they would want information right from the horses mouth.

The worst part of this situation is that TMMI and their lawyers must know that they have a real good chance of winning the lawsuit, or else it would have been done with already.

let 'em talk about their non mergers and laughable story about judges keeping the case going to make sure the lawyers get rich.
