it wasnt a guess.

the stock is wavering between moving averages, seems to have been selling off quite a bit waiting for some solid news.

name changes with a period in between where one must wait for the SEC is never usually good (even though ticker is not changing i feel like it can be a big deal)

and the website was done poorly - even if it is just one mistake - whoever was in charge of that needs to be fired.

when you say you want to be or secure your place as the LEADER in an industry....you can at least fix a damn pixelated picture on your website.

just my opinion of course.

could bounce back but i dont see this with a strong enough bounce to bring it TO and OVER the 50...

supports are broken and its headed down. good luck.
