More DD. I was looking at the retail lottery lists. I noticed that many of the retail slots went to the same company that has the same address with suite A,B,C,D,E each with a different license. These are going to be supermarket type stores in many cases. When I spoke to J Vance on the phone a couple of weeks ago she was upset because of the quality of the product she was going to be forced to grow. Forced you say? Yes because for retail growers they have guidelines on HOW they grow (WA state guidelines). Bottom line the quality of the product in these superstores with HUGE overhead will be LOW quality at HIGH prices.
In comes Suzie Q's to the rescue! How you ask? We will NOT have mandates on HOW we grow medicine! We will continue to have TOP quality with LOW prices because 1) overhead will be low and 2) because the TAX is way less!
The recreational rush will bring the tourists but those who want quality (not dirt weed) will be flocking to all the new Suzie Q's locations to get what they really want. It's like any tourist trap. The tourist go to the strip and pay top dollar for low quality and the locals go down the street and get the best the city has to offer at great prices!
I believe once the licenses are issued takeoff will begin. Puget Power co is due to be issued any moment now that construction is complete. She told me that she was submitting the last of the paperwork 2 or 3 weeks ago (Criminal background/history I believe). I also believe Financing news would be great right now to pay off current notes and cancel shares and give us available funds without a share increase. (some don't like this but in business it's leveraging against future revenue to protect/ increase pps).
I believe we are golden here. Yes, it is going to take some more time, but this is a real investment to me and I am willing to wait. PMCM is not a P&D. How long do most investors hold BB stocks to make a few bucks? I am holding on for the big one here.
