Hello Montie,
We understand your frustration and hate this downturn more than everyone and are
trying to find ways to help. We sent out HUGE News announcements during the
last few weeks and had record revenues and profits while the market responded
horribly for reasons we don't understand. As much as people seem to think the
market always makes sense and responds to similar actions the same way it has
unfortunately proven over and over to not always make sense.
We have seen reporting and non-reporting companies and diluting and non-diluting
companies and companies buying shares back and paying dividends, etc. all act
differently at different times with the same actions. Therefore we are trying
to find an overall good balance while our main focus stays on building a strong
company with increased clients and potential revenues and profits while looking
more aggressively for all other M&A and shark tank like opportunities while we
evaluate any and all other ways we can help accomplish our common goal of an
increased stock price and shareholder value.
We appreciate your support and patience. If you have any good leads for
clients, M&A ops or shark tank like products we can help that would be greatly
appreciated and help the overall ACGX cause as well.

Are there any plans to move up to the OTCBB from the pink sheets. That would be
