Hear, hear, robi-1-kenobi...

By the way, if NNVC was afraid of FluCide toxicity in the larger upcoming Regulatory Toxicity Study, they would not have risked a comprehensive Range-Finding Toxicity Study that showed safety with no toxicity with the Maximum Feasible Dose (MFD) which is ~100x the anticipated therapeutic dose that saved 100% of mice injected with a lethal dose of Flu that killed 100% of untreated control mice.

The Company is scaling up the production of FluCide from gram scale to several hundred grams scale. The Company believes that the scale up and reproducibility of product batches can be effectively controlled.

The Company’s drug development programs continue to progress satisfactorily. The broad-spectrum injectable FluCide™ anti-influenza drug is our most advanced drug candidate. Recently, the Company has announced that FluCide was found to be safe and well tolerated in a small non-GLP safety-toxicology study, even at the maximum feasible dosage level. In addition, the Company has successfully performed studies on the scale up of synthesis of FluCide.

The Company has already successfully scaled up the synthesis to multi-gram scale, sufficient for animal testing, and can easily scale the processes to make kilogram quantities for widespread application in human patients...

If we've scaled up for MERS in a matter of weeks, have we done it as well for the FluCide candidate? If yes, how long ago? 3 weeks ago? 5 weeks ago? 7 weeks ago? 11 weeks ago? If we can scale up to kilogram quantities that leads me to believe that we've tested with the new state-of-the-art software/computers/instruments/equipment at the unique and new Shelton, CT 5kg capacity cGMP Pilot Plant. Possible? Has BASi started Toxicology and Safety Studies in Indiana? If yes, then news/PRs are forthcoming?

"...He [Dr. E.Seymour] presented an extremely bullish picture, answered many questions - and so I bought some more, of course! It was hard not to become more excited due to his great enthusiasm, especially when he talks about cures and predicts this year's progress [2014] will "blow away" last year's impressive work..."~ KMBJN
