VSTR- Significant Technical catalysts of note
It is my opinion, that we saw some significant technical markers of note with VSTR which explains the awareness and strong buy from buychart.com.
1- we had another day of HIGHER lows. That's 4 consecutive sessions.
2- MACD turned back upward
3- PPS now strong bounce off the 50
4- RSI moved back upward with yet another BUY (green) volume day
Obviously something is going on with this fully reported, fully audited, OTC QB company. With a o/s of 500 mil and 295mil owned and locked away by the majority shareholder - leaving only 40mil in the float.
Interest has piqued since Abrams commented that they were spearheading 2 acquisitions/deals and once Bushnell confirmed involvement - it became abundantly clear that volume was going to pick up to the highest levels ever at VSTR.
This continues and the stock price inevitably goes up as she's thin and proving her merit and sustainability, Thr company already positioned itself to market a product with significant revenue capability. The players now involved here, can definitely put the pieces in place to uplist this company.
We are awaiting JV or acquisition news since last month. Volume indicates we are getting very close to hearing more details,
This company, already provides a platform for online movies, TV, Internet and mobile communications/telephone --- to customers in US, China, Russia, Mexico and S America. They have negotiated a deal to also operate through the Google Play store and through Android App.
We are led to believe based on the prior company communications, that we are dealing with two brand new acquisition type deals that will position VSTR more globally and as a continued leader in their specific gaming and VoIP technology.
The involvement of Fanning legitimized the company's move to become a leader in their VoIP platform.
The verification the past 3 weeks of both Abrams and Bushnell joining him to advise VSTR and CEO Teixeira as they prepare to generate tremendous revenue streams almost imminently. I have been waiting months for the company to finally put all these pieces together, Looking forward to continued bUY volume going into next week as we should be hearing from the company soon and hopefully other more substance on what's going on under the hood here.
