Potential Catalysts
Investors are expecting the company to file 10K and Its been confirmed by the Current Investors Relations Contact, Clay Parker, that this is coming. I have not personally spoken to him since I am Travelling But I believe this was confirmed by a few Investors/Posters on this board who have spoken to him personally. How Investors will Act or React to the information contained therein is not predictable although the bulls and bears will do their usual "Thing".
Next, The New Hire for CFO which may already be a done deal could potentially be announced. This IMO can only be seen as a Huge Positive till investors get a chance to assess the quality of this new senior management hire.
Next, there is an open willingness as per some who have spoken to the Investor relations Contact, Clay Parker, that the company is OPEN to Potentially doing a Conference Call.
Any Future Guidance by the company and depending on how this call goes if it happens and who is Visible on the call...the CEO, the CFO or Both and what the Quality of Content is on said call ....This could potentially send the PPS in a more definitive Direction ...NORTH IMO
At this point and season of the company, the Bottom line is any indication or qualified and definitive indication of potential Revenue streams will propel the price upwards. IMO Only.
IMO The Quantitative Risk is .0042 Approximately Per share for New Investors and all Investors Adding ( which I am aggressively ) at these depressed levels and the Potential reward is a lot higher given time frame of one's investment and one's own risk tolerance level and investment objectives.
