proof please, financials showing profitable?, clean balance sheet, financials please to back this up. I can't find any financials that show the 2 statements you say are true. Joe Noel says what you are repeating, but even he has no proof to provide us. You know, I'm sure, Joe has no ties to one successful company but does have ties to 13 failed companies. By ties I mean the main investor, owner, of those companies. His track record is lie and dilute until all the cash is in his pocket, then dissolve himself from the company and the share holders he bilked out of millions and millions of dollars. In Joe's mind he thinks why put effort into running a profitable company when he can make millions by lying and cheating his way to the bank. Sorry but you need to post proof, not repeat what Joe says. He also needs to put out proof of what he says, and he doesn't because he has none. Sorry to burst your bubble but facts are facts.
