The fact of a rapidly rising SP is adding to an irrational euphoria. Shareholders new and old are suddenly acting less grumpy, reaching out, and high-fiving each other, congratulating each other on their investing acumen. :) And I feel excited, too, but the reason is that this time I am determined to pick a point and sell, rather than continue to wait for a yet higher SP. I will happily profit from the irrational exuberance here (a Greenspanism) and I hope it continues. Personally, I do not trust this. While it is natural to feel "this is really IT", have not yet heard any information to suggest we are closer to a JV. I hope to sell and get out, even if I will miss these chat boards mainly because of their entertainment value.
BTW I am not in the mood to privately message you. You have never been SHY to give your opinions publicly, after all!!!
