Although I respect your decision not to invest. Arsc has big potential despite its large float. I highly doubt there will be a Sec/Finra shutdown on this security, they don't get off their fat a$$es unless a big corporate entity wants them too(lol). What I see here is a flat lining security about to get a massive shock to the heart in a month or two. we may see a 10X or 20X improvement. even if the news that causes that is a gilded mask.
